Mallorcan Culture and Baking Tradition

The best way to get to know Mallorcan food is to get your hands dirty working side by side with these experienced bakers. Learn how to make Mallorcan sweets and savory pastries while you cook them. Anything that comes to mind: almond gató and muffins, empanadas, cocas, cocarrois, robiols, crespells…If you are a keen ensaïmada eater, they will focus on this famous sweet instead (please enquire for prices)You will work side by side a specialist during the whole cooking process, in small groups of 4-5. You will, of course, end up enjoying a well-deserved tasting.

You will be supporting a Foundation, born to train and employ people with mental challenges, to ensure them the best career perspective. Amadip pursues excellence in everything they do. Be sure the standards of the equipment and the specialists they train will be fabulous.
